Overall it was good. Friendly service. Nice pool. A few quirks...the overhead shower didn't function...there was a spray nozzle but no lever or mechanism to turn the overhead shower on. The restaurants are pricey. Breakfast buffet was good, but $45 each. I suggest the food trucks and restaurants right across the road from the hotel. Check in wasn't ready at 2pm. They used our flight time to imply we were not arriving until the evening, but our flight was 6 days earlier. No big deal. They gave us complementaey drinks for that mix up. Just beware if you enter that flight number. Overall the place was not bad. We only stayed 2 nights there before flying out. It was less expensive than the other resorts.

The staff at night didn’t have the correct information to questions we had. The day staff Nicole and dime you for everything. The location was not in walkable place to the port where we did most of the things. They do not provide transportation to & from airport or ports. The rooms were comfortable but seem to be slightly tired. There were 2 ladies at the desk that were excellent and helpful. Wish I knew there names.

The hotel was clean, food was good and service was friendly. However, amenities, times for lunch, dinner and happy hour were not communicated at check-in or throughout the resort. We missed lunch at the restaurant by 16 mins and became aware of happy hour on our last day. The food and drink prices were ridiculously expensive but didn’t have much of a choice as there wasn’t anything else in walking distance. Everything required a taxi.

Great property, great staff! I really liked the location, it was convenient no matter where we were going. The pool and lagoon were better than most of the beaches around the island. There was a food truck court at the end of the block that was great to go to for dinner.

The property was very nice, including the swimming pools, and grounds in general. We enjoyed our stay. However, the Front Desk Staff needs more training in helping guests get back to the airport. It is not very far away, and getting from the airport to the hotel went okay, but we had to pay for two cabs for our group. When checking in, we requested to reserve a cab that would hold all seven of us, and we were told that we had one. We were not told that due to traffic in the morning, it would take twice the time, approximately 35 minutes, to get back to the airport. However, we were fortunate that we were told to depart at 6am, so even with a 20 minute delay finding us another cab, we made it there with some time to spare. Other people we knew had been told to depart at 6:30am, and when their cab did not show up, they barely made the flight and were totally stressed out. I think it is a training issue.

Very nice hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant food fir dinner was good and their staff very friendly. The staff at the two bars need some training in providing customer service. Maybe it’s a cultural thing in Tahiti but not where I’m from. It was difficult to get served and we regularly felt ignored and overlooked.
