Rooms were great! A/C felt AMAZING! Staff SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY! FOOD AMAZING! There was literally nothing we ate that we did not love! We added the Premium all inclusive package when we arrived for a great price! We ate at all the restaurants, buffets and had top shelf liquor ! I would for sure stay here again!

Especial mention for very exceptional people such as Franklin who is the best taxi driver and tour guy that you can get and Maria, who provides a personalized customer service in the buffet. Ok,so this place is decent, but not a 4 or 5 star. Lights don't work,phone didn't work, huge language barrier. Its outdated,the ocean is dirty,the water and the rubbish coming to shore every day. If you want a great experience on vacation try elsewhere. Food is not great either.

The staff is exceptional! From the room maids, to the staff at the restaurants, to the bar tenders, to the room service, to the pool guys - 5 star service!! The rooms and entire facility was always clean and modern! Be sure to rent a car if you don't get all-inclusive! Only advice is to have more activities engaging the people that want a bit of a "party" atmosphere during the day!
