The one issue i have with the property is that the lobby almost always has the stench of cigar smoke during the day. when I mention it to the front desk they say customers smoke outside then come in and blow smoke...(the ones blowing smoke are the ones covering for the person smoking in the back haha). i was out side at least 20 times during my stay and did not see any smokers or smell smoke outside. It is my belief some person in the back office by the lobby goes back there and smokes cigars... the stench is gross and at times is overwhelming and very uncomfortable. This only happens during the day shift. If you dont like to second hand smoke you should go to another hotel. I have been at many locations where people smoke outside and then come in. this is nothing like that. you are in a room with a smoker who doesnt care. If that is ok overall the property is a good choice it is very busy and the lobby always very active.

The thermostat in my room was not working,I was not notified about this,instead the offered us blankets and then a room move after 4 days of our stay which could have been avoided by not placing us in the room to begin with

GI had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel recently, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. My favorite Hotel in this area, highly recommended, very friendly staff, very accommodating, the included breakfast is good, great location for getting around without renting a vehicle, a lot to do in the area with good transportation. Hotel price is fair when compared.
