no ac in the front of unit 2 days before repaired the tech worked well to install it before he got off of work he advised his boss told him just to wait till next day to do it thank God he did for us because he was a nice guy who understand temp 100 degrees and no ac not good hotel did not offer to change rooms or help out anyways. the indian at check in was very rude as well just service tech did a good job but i will not stay there again

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful. View from balcony was great. The walk out to the beach was a big plus for me and my family. Would definitely come back.

My room wasn’t clean and what I mean by that is I found tampons in my hotel room. I also looked in the microwave and they were food from the past tenant in the microwave. We notified the staff of these findings and they didn’t do anything. We took photos to show them and no one reached out at all. We decided to extend our stay in the area, but not with the hotel. I would not consider staying at this venue again due to its being clean

Worst hotel in PCB

Terrible hotel. Stains on the walls, bedding, shower, etc. we asked for housekeeping to clean up a little and showed where the stains where located, went to dinner, came back to the SAME stains. Will not ever be back to this hotel!

Not worth the money

Staff was nice, but the hotel itself needs a facelift. The room itself had wall repairs going on or repairs that needed to be done, not started. Front a/c cooled, the back did not. Bed felt very old and wore out… the door that separates the two room was cracked in half and barely together.

Called 4 times, sent 2 messages, and spoke to 2 different people face to face requesting linens for the pull out couch and never received. Had to take linens from the bed so my kids could go to sleep. Why didn’t they just say “we can’t give you any linens” instead of wasting my time to keep requesting. Why have a pull out couch if you don’t have linens for them? Also the mattress pad had steins on it.

The main thing I liked about the property were the front desk staff who were lovely and the amazing view from the hotel! But mostly everything else was a bit of a disappointment. The room was not necessarily the cleanest. My sheets had yellow stains on them (don’t even want to guess what they were). My TV was not working for half my stay. My bathroom sink was not draining efficiently and the AC in one of my rooms was not working well. I contacted maintenance a couple times to stop by and get it fixed but everytime I came home to the same problems. I eventually gave up and spent the rest of my stay with the failing drain.. weak AC and dirty sheets which I was not happy with at all! The parking situation was also a bit of a hassle (glad they came up with a solution but it was still a long walk from the hotel). I also utilize the messaging platform to contact front desk but never got a response on it despite the hotel initiating contact on it which was very strange. I don’t know. The stay could have definitely been better. If it had not been for the phenomenal sea view I would have given this place 1 star if any because I really was not satisfied with the room at all! I’m sorry.

Cleaning needed badly

Rooms need deep cleaning. Dirty fingerprints on walls, floors filthy,shower head sprayed water all over bathroom maintenance did come replace that. For the amt. I paid cleaning should have been better
