Had a perfect view of the ocean. Reserved 3 rooms that were spacious, each room having a kitchenette was helpful. However housekeeping was definitely lacking in our rooms! Bedskirts extremely dirty, floors hadnt been mopped( had ink marks)in any of the rooms. HK didnt service our rooms everyday like expected. Really nice seeing the pool & hot tub open, unfortunately it closed at 10pm, keeping us from enjoyjng. Night shift front desk was very nice accommodating us on linens that werent left for our rooms. was more

Our room lacked some things I noticed other rooms had. We didn’t have extra toilet paper and there was less than half a roll in the room i called down to front desk and requested some but no one brought any up. I finally saw a a house king and asked for some he gave me some out of the the room he was working in. The worst thing was we went out for a few hours and when we came back housekeeping had turned out the deadbolt and let the door close to but it was not shut and locked. Someone could’ve been waiting for us inside or all of our belongings could’ve been stolen. I don’t plan on booking this hotel ever again.

what was advertised was a renovated hotel. Only the main lobby was renovated. old old old hotel, extended stay more like it. As a travel agent I would not recommend this hotel to my clients.

Location was great. Room was dirty. The floors made our socks turn black. The beds were very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs in the mattresses. The balcony door had to be yanked on to lock it, the front door had a gap all the way around it that caused the wind to howl all night long. The tv in the living room was broken. Oh, and there was an extra charge applied to my credit card after we left, that the staff couldn’t explain, and didn’t want to refund. I’d save my money for a different place to stay.

expedia sell me a room with insure and when i go to check in in the hotel, the hotel change me that, and i dont feel safe in there, we have a little insident in my honey moon for no reason. The room was dirty too.

Check in was suppose to be at 4 didn’t get a room til 530 . Rooms were dirty floors looked unswept and not mopped. The door for the balcony was broken and barely opened. People throw things at you from the balcony’s while in the hot tub. Employees were rude vending machines were out of stock on everything. AC in the rooms didn’t work. Everything looked old and broken. Only good part was the beach. Pool was nasty hot tub was nasty no parking. Would never come back.
