Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The company did not respond to emails, phone calls,etc. They sent me the code to get in a few hours before I got off my cruise ship. By this time I booked a new hotel.They would not give me a refund. In retrospect I'm glad I rebooked even though I lost the money because the place is in a dangerous neighborhood and we would not have been able to walk around with day and night.

This was a great location in Casco Viejo. Close to grocery, restaurants, bars. Very walkable. Close to the malecon for jogging / walking. Rooftop pool and deck perfect for sunrise / sunset. Unit had everything we needed. Only negative was we asked for an extra blanket and were told that was not available.
