El hotel demasiado viejo y descuidado en algunas cosas, no habia agua caliente en la ducha y tina, si habia agua caliente pero unicamente para lavarse las manos. En general la experiencia regular para que digan que son 4 estrellas deberian de mejorar esas cosas.

The room we stayed in, at the door had a huge space when locked. The key card looked broken like someone tried to break in. The surrounding area of the city had a foul smell. On the plus side, the room was spacious and tv channels were in English

I liked the close proximity to stores and casino. The staff was pleasant and professional. I like the food at the Grill restaurant but it took 30 minutes to get the check after requesting it from 3 persons. I did not like that the Nespresso machine and fridge in my room were not working well. I had to request bath towels each day and there seemed to be a shortage. There was no English speaking entertainment channels only CNN, Bloomberg, HgTv and a sport station.

I arrived around 9PM and there was only 1 person at the check-in counter dealing with an issue with a group of people. I literally had to wait one hour before I could check-in. Several persons (other hotel employees) had stopped by the check-in counter but nobody provided any assistance until it was almost my turn. My check-in went fairly quickly though. The room was very spacious but could be updated, it had a lot of dark wood, which in turn makes the room dark. There was no hot water in the shower and the water from the pipe at the wash basin tasted muddy/moldy. There was a gap at the room door, where you could see sunlight coming through. It appears the door may have been kicked in once, as the door frame by the lock was 'patched up' and I couldn't turn the lock all the way. There was an ironing board in the closet, but no iron. Although it didn't bother me too much, on Saturday night I noticed some loud music coming from another establishment closeby? I don't remember if it was the same on Friday night. Multiple food options are available and there's a pool for those who want to swim.

SLOW check in and SLOW check out.

Understaffed and SLOW. It took a long time to check in. They could not find our Hotels.com reservation. Then Check Out was slow. We waited 15 minutes just to check out. POOR SERVICE. They need to do better.
