One of the beds was in a room with no air conditioning. The beds didn't have any covers, only sheets. The plumbing was clogged, both sink and tub would fill with water without a drain stopper. One of the headboards was in front of a open electrical outlet, no plate, plug or switch, just wires tucked inside a box. Complete safety/fire hazard. The door lock was the card key entry instead of a wristband sensor. Room was a dump

So, this hotel is right on the beach! That is the positive... The negative. When it rains the room floodes with water around the AC unit. The shower did not have hot water and the floors looked like they had been soaked in water and shrunk everywhere. The hotel bar was great and the staff is great, but the room is just a place to lay your head.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in

This hotel needed so much updated on it and we found mold on the ceiling and the floor was so nasty didn’t look like it had seen a mop in a while. I will never stay there again I don’t recommend it at all. For the price we paid I don’t feel it was worth half of the price. Never again

The photos online were deceiving. Photos looked nice and clean. I wasn't expecting a luxury hotel but I did expect clean and functional. It was nasty. The air conditioner barely worked The bed had no blanket or comforter only sheets. The bed also had a big dent in it and it leaned to the side. There was dust, dirt, and rust everywhere. There was no ceiling fan only a nasty box fan in the bedroom. Absolutely the worst kept hotel I've ever been too. We stayed one night then checked out. The only good thing i can say is they have a great location. It's a shame they don't fix it up and keep it clean. It could be a nice place.

I stayed here from July 21st till the 26th, and it was by far the my best hotel experience. The rooms were clean, it has two pools, is directly on the beach, clean towels and toiletries are brought daily, and it has a bar and grill that makes the best smashburgers on the beach. The hotel is with walking distance of pier park and many restaurants and shopping places. I was skeptical about the quality of the room when I booked it due to it being significantly cheaper than hotels beside it, but I was impressed with the quality of my stay there. I will definitely be going back.

I had one of the Cabana rooms, as close to the beach as you can get. The room was nice, the back room was a bit warm but they give you a box fan so you just need to push the cool air to the back. Was nice to have a full size fridge and oven/stove and the beds were comfortable. Pool was perfect temperature but a bit cloudy due to people not rinsing the beach off before getting in, lots of sand on the bottom lol would stay again without a doubt.

Great location, we don’t like to drive once we are there because of the congestion. It’s walking distance to everything. Clean rooms, employees were always friendly, the bar staff was great. Nothing negative and we stayed 4 days, 2 different rooms with 6 people. All of us enjoyed our time with ages ranging 8-40
