Some what dated in certain aspects but you can’t beat the price at having an amazing view in addition to a pool side bar! Drinks are strong and not pricey. A one minute walk to the ocean from the pool.

This property needs a complete overhaul renovation. The outside pool area was ok. However the room I was in was filthy the sheets were dirty I was bitten by a bug when I sat down on the bed. The bathroom was not clean toilet was dirty. I would not recommend at all.
