As usual EXCELENT Service and beautiful apartments with amazing views. Had come several times to this place as the experiences are always good.... security and staff very pleasant and helpful. Good location... near restaurants, shopping etc. Car parking available, pool, etc. Recommended strongly.

The room was clean and had a very good view of the city which we loved. The pool was fantastic we love every moment of visiting the pool and rec areas. The area is very secure there are several small stores that provide almost everything one would need upon returning the apartment. This can be accomplished with a short walk down the street or around the corner. I would recommend staying here again. The location is a good launch point for business and leisure.

Cockroaches and bugs. Management sprayed and it still didn't kill them. Sent pics and showed staff. They refused to refund the two nights I stayed there and didn't sleep because I kept the lights on to keep the bugs off of me. I left for another place nearby. Totally Gross!!!!!!!

The apartment (14B) had no air conditioning in the living area or second room. The primary AC went out after 3 days. A few bug guests. I suspect it’s a good sell for the views. But you can only enjoy them at night.

Cons: - Cockroaches (I saw 4 in one day) - Broken bathroom doors - No blankets (only a sheet of linen) - Dirty windows - 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 people for 5 days - Not enough towels - Unkept pool - Bad customer support (take 10 hours to answer and when it does, it’s not helpful). Pros: - The view We had to leave after 1 night of stay since we couldn’t sleep with cockroaches crawling around Unhelpful customer service. And despite all of this, I did not get money back.
