Welcome to Long Beach 2-902!

Our one bedroom, one bath beachfront condo sleeps up to four people comfortably. We renovated this probably so that it would be top notch. We replaced furniture. Added new cabinets and appliances. New granite counters throughout. The bath was completely redone with a glass walled and tile shower. We’ve made this condo nothing short of stunning. The living area has been redesigned for your comfort and enjoyment. Large flat screen TV! And, we’ve rearranged things so that the major focal point is what the Long Beach Towers were designed for – the view! You’ll quickly want to step out onto the balcony to enjoy one of the best views of the world’s most beautiful beaches from right there. Our balcony furnishings are designed for you to spend lots of time here. Bring your binoculars so that you can enjoy watching the dolphins while you enjoy your morning coffee.


From the moment you step inside our beachfront home away from home we know that you’ll feel right at home here. That’s the way we’ve designed the interior décor. To be a home away from home – for us and for you.

About Long Beach Resort

Long Beach Resort is a resort complex comprised of four separate buildings that share some unique features. It is the perfect balance between being close to everything but far enough away so that you don’t spend your time stuck in traffic. The building is located on the beach and very close so that the gulf is just a few steps from the elevator.

-three pools with hot tubs; one is a 6,500 gallon lagoon pool

Long Beach Resort proudly offers a combined set of unique features that are virtually impossible to find at any other condominium resort in our area. And it’s located just minutes from world-class golf, challenging sport fishing, exquisite restaurants and boutique shops.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

***Long Beach will have construction workers present through first week of April 2026 (depending on weather). Guests may experience some loud noises and see workers present. During this time, the beach access will be located at Tower 1, East Pool and Hot Tub are currently open (between Tower 1-2), Center and West pools are scheduled to reopen last week of March (tentatively). I'm actually a return guest to this condo... it's that good! It is clean and comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning with my cup of coffee and watching the sun set in the evening. The views of the water are unbeatable from each room in the condo. It is updated and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. I hope to visit again soon!

This unit was very nice and well decorated. One of the best things was all the all the hangers in the closet. I would suggest updating the TVs to smart TV so that renters can use their streaming option. We usually book a 2 bedroom so overall this space was smaller than what we normally book, but was still very comfortable.

The unit was very well equipped but quite dark with heavy drapes that would not open all the way along with dark, heavy furniture in the bedroom. There were multiple roach bait traps left exposed in the kitchen. The shower backed up very badly. There was no balcony light fixture...just a plate over the electrical outlet.

Best condo we have booked yet! Owners are extremely friendly. We did a 12hr drive. I slept most of the way on and off. Woke up an 1hr before arriving and thought I didnt receive any email or text for info and door codes, etc. They replied back to be in less than 30mins and then me realizing I did receive the info when I was asleep hours ago.Wonderful home, very clean, view was perfect, bed comfortable, shower was my favorite! Information for food, attractions, all types of appliances for your home cooking needs. Felt right at home 10/10!!

This was the perfect condo for my stay! My daughter and her family were staying in the same tower on the 8th floor so this was an easy walk from this condo to her condo to visit the grand kids. Check in was a breeze! I was even notified that I could check in a little bit early which was a nice surprise.The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed. There were lots of pots and pans. There were also plenty of towels and washcloths for the bathroom. The balcony furniture was great!I appreciate all of the updates that have been done to this condo. Everything was just beautiful! I will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect little getaway!

The condo was easy to access and the staff their to help was phenomenal! The elevators and lobby were kept clean throughout the day. We had a great view as we were on the 9th floor. The balcony was great because we had privacy from other balconies while still having a view. Everything from the amenities and the décor was perfect. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We will definetly be back!

Everything was very clean and comfortable! The kitchen was loaded with every utensil/appliance you might need during a stay! The view and access to the beach were 10/10! Would stay here again. The only downside was that the wifi was pretty weak in most parts of the condo, but I don’t mind being forced to unplug while on vacation! :)

Our week in Panama City Beach at Long

The check In Process was easy- Property Manager let us get in earlier once the place was ready. Very appreciated after a long day of travel. The accommodations were beautiful. Clean. The Washer and dryer were handy. When we arrived we were so taken by the beauty of ocean off of the balcony. We went to sit in the chairs at the far end of the balcony and the Chair my husband chose to sit in the back was broken as was the table to go between them. My husband has a fused back and when he went to lean the chair started coming apart. Whoever just put it together as if nothing happened, I am glad we saw what was happening before he got hurt. Also, better communication on the beach chairs and the charge for use per day should be explained on how you check them out and they are not a part of the unit. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The bed was so comfortable. The condo is well appointed and everything that two people would need for a week. Thank you!
