Construction Update – Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Towers 1 & 2 is also open
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.

At this time, beach access is available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but additional access points are expected to reopen soon as work concludes.

We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. With construction nearing completion, Long Beach Resort is almost fully back to normal—and ready to provide the exceptional beach experience our guests know and love.

Perfect host, property and trip for surprise 19th birthday for my son.

Last minute booking turned into a pleasant surprise. The unit was huge and exactly as pictured and furnished. The door lock pad stopped working the first day. The property manager (not on site) had someone out within 15 minutes and fixed. They were so responsive and friendly I was truly impressed with the level of service. The only change I would suggest, and only a personal preference, would be blackout curtains in the bedrooms. I will definitely be back to the unit.

We love the location & proximity to the beach. It is a short walk to the water’s edge! The balconies are wonderful with comfortable seating and a dining table! We have eaten every meal outside. Also love the three bathrooms- traveling with 3 children & 3 adults.

If a little more attention was made towards the cleaning between rentals it would be a great condo. Curtains outdated cushions on balcony stained. Pillows on chairs and throw pillows in bed stained. There was actually used soap in the master shower along with a big glob of hair. Comforter in master was wasn’t fresh at all. More attention should be paid to the condo especially with more summer rentals. I enjoyed my stay had to clean and sanitize before enjoying the condo.

3bd, 3bath is nice.

Master bath bed frame is flimsy and makes a lot of noise. Mattress is good. Underneath bed is 2 inches of dust and shower had to be cleaned. Flap in toilet needs to be changed so it doesn’t continuously fill up.
