When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

Are we Snowbirds?
4 days before a winter event came through my husband said book us a place at The Summit PCB. I did just that.
Our condo was newly renovated. The owner has done an excellent job. The weather wasn’t always the best but when the sun came out we enjoyed the balcony, the heated pool and the beautiful beach.

Roaches & places was dirty.
Roaches, the pictures are not correct. My 6 year old nephew could paint the condo. The couch was disappointed it had dirt all over it I had to find a blanket to cover it. Will not be back to Panama City.

As advertised
Only problem is you are dealing with 5 different businesses:
1) Vrbo
2) Home Away
3) Fun Quest
4) property owner
5) Summit
It was difficult to get questions answered, except for the lady at Fun Quest. She was able to solve my problem, even though the issue was with one of the other managing companies. I would stay again if I could get a lower floor room. The elevator situation at the Summitt is the worst I have ever encountered.
