Balcony restoration is scheduled for Unit 1222 10/20 - 11/4.   Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

Girls trip

The entire condo itself was outdated but sufficient, although several of the light fixtures did not work. The refrigerator needs to be updated, door wouldn’t stay closed without talking the bottom drawer off. All the dishes were dirty upon arrival. Property elevators are super slow.
