The kitchen is all new cabinetry, brand new stainless appliances, new granite counter tops with lots of "new everything" in the cabinets too. We have new dishes, glasses, cookware, cutlery... everything you'll need for those vacation menus.

Each bedroom is a suite, offering its own bath! These are hard to find on the beach! Three of the bedrooms offer KING size beds, while the fourth bedroom has TWO DOUBLE beds. Just a note, the couch in the living room is not a sleep sofa.Also "new" are those amenities that help you enjoy your time in the condo. The living room features a TV and DVD player, as do each of the bedrooms. Free wi-fi is also included to help you stay in touch... although, wouldn't it be great to go on vacation and "forget" the rest of the world for awhile?
Even on vacation, though, we have to be practical, and this unit offers a brand new full size washer/dryer.
Unique to this development, and one of its best features, is the spacious, over sized balcony – over 400 sq. ft – the largest in Panama City Beach! This huge space, beautifully tiled, affords another living area with plenty of room for everyone. As part of the renovation, the balcony has been completely tiled. Not only is it practical, but lends an extra elegance to your vacation home. There is a comfortable wicker seating area, lounge chairs and a large dining room table/chairs. You'll want to spend all of your time on the balcony!
Parking: Bonus! Two reserved, exclusive use, parking spaces ( 1 located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, we request that you travel in 2 vehicles or less. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. Each additional vehicle will require a $40 parking pass.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 10 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.
