Welcome to Ocean Reef 1802! Our beach-front property includes free, seasonal, beach chair service from March 1 to October 31. We provide two beach chaise loungers and one umbrella, each day of your stay, for relaxing on our beautiful sandy beach.
From the living area, the sliding door opens to an oversized balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Patio furnishings are provided for dining or relaxing. This is a great place to watch sunsets or sunrises. It's also a fabulous place for gathering and playing board games with the family! If you are not lounging on the beach then you'll want to be on this balcony!
The living room has been furnished with a sleeper sofa, side chairs, tables, lamps, a ceiling fan and large flat-screen TV, and a DVD for entertainment.
The kitchen has granite countertops and is equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. In addition to the normal kitchen appliances, you will find a toaster, coffee machine, microwave, cooking utensils, pots, pans, china, and much more. In the dining area, you will find a lovely table that will seat six comfortably. You will also find barstools around the counter for even more seating.
The master suite is accommodated with a king-size bed, comfortable bed linens, and a flat-screen TV. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a large countertop. The sliding door opens to the balcony where you can view the beach or listen to the subtle sounds of the waves crashing on the shore.
The second bedroom is accommodated with two full-size beds, comfortable linens, and flat-screen television.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
