Red Sky Nights 🌊 Deluxe 2-Bedroom Condo @ Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort Tower 1

This tenth-floor condo at the one-and-only Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort features an ocean-themed interior and an open layout perfect for close friends or family.

Enjoy stunning views of the lagoon pool and 110 acres of beachfront and the Gulf from the living room and kitchen/dining areas of the condo. The living area features comfy seating and a huge flatscreen TV with cable. The kitchen is gorgeous with granite counters and all new stainless steel appliances plus all you need for cooking meals or preparing snacks for the beach. An island offers seating for two and the dining table alongside it can seat 6.

Just outside the living room/dining area, open the sliding door to your private balcony and enjoy the breeze and salty air.

Our master bedroom offers a king bed, flatscreen TV, and fully remodeled bathroom. Our guest room has a queen bed and flatscreen TV. Twin over full bunk beds are tucked into a nook in the hallway and two more guests can enjoy a gel foam queen sleeper sofa. In-unit washer/dryer are ideal for drying your bathing suits or freshening up your outfits throughout your stay. High-speed wifi keeps you connected during your stay.

The nautical decor is beachfront perfect--clean, fresh, crisp. This condo is newly remodeled from top to bottom and one of the most stunning at the complex.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $150 damage hold on a credit/debit card in the renter's name. No smoking or parties are allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days. For guest and owner safety we have a Ring doorbell located on on the front door facing guests as they come through the front door.

The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. Just over the resort pedestrian bridge, you'll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. On our side of the resort is a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

We loved our stay at Red Sky nights. Great location in tower 1 right on the beach with an amazing view from the 10th floor. The condo was perfect for sleeping our entire group and decor was so cute. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful. Five stars in my book: the beds are comfortable, there were several beach chairs and toys in the condo available for guest to use, condo was newly renovated, owners were very responsive and we had amazing views. Best condo at Edgewater

We were simply amazed and thrilled with this unit. It had so many extra touches that other units did not supply like Ziploc baggies, extra kitchen equipment, extra toilet paper just to name a few. Will definitely stay here again. The owners were great to work with, and I highly recommend them.

Our stay at Red Sky Nights was exceptional. The Gulf Coast has the best beaches. Edgewater Resorts provides a safe, friendly staffed, gorgeous location. And our host takes super host to the next level. Communication was on point and it was apparent they cared that our stay was the best it could be. When you walk in the door it was easy to feel at home. The condo was clean, well stocked and the bedding very comfortable. Looking forward to another stay.

Perfect Spring Break

This condo is great. Very clean. Updated. Had everything we needed. Charlie was the most helpful and accommodating host we’ve ever had and we’ve stayed in a lot of condos across PCB! The beach and access is so close. The basketball courts are a bit far but doable. The location of this condo is in the middle of everything! Will be back.

We love Red Sky Nights!

Another awesome stay at Red Sky Nights...this was our second stay in 15 months at this specific condo. Charlie and Karla have thought of EVERYTHING that will make your vacation amazing. The oceanfront unit is an immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. We stayed with my 13-year old son and his friend for Summer vacation and they had a great time. The view from the 10th floor is breath taking for morning coffee from the two recliners at the picture window, or an evening cocktail from the porch. Check in and check out was easy, convenient, and Charlie is available if you have any questions. The resort appeared to be at full capacity during out stay, however, the white sandy beach and spacious pool area never seemed over crowded. The location is convenient for grocery shopping at Publix, and there are lots of great places to shop eat nearby. We highly recommend this property and owners... we will definitely book with Charlie and Karla again! :o)

The Beach

This condo was the best place we’ve stayed in PCB. It was just as described and pictures were accurate. The owner was very attentive to all of our questions and concerns. We loved the view and coffee on the balcony each morning. This condo was filled with everything needed for a family stay - including beach chairs. Our family had an awesome time during our two week visit. We highly recommend this lovely condo. Thank you Charley for an awesome stay. Look forward to next year!
