Welcome to "Tranquility", a direct beach-front 3BR/2.5BA beach-house, professionally managed by Azure-Properties. Located directly on the sugar-white sands, this ground-floor vacation rental offers the luxury of stepping out your back door and onto your own private slice of paradise—no elevators, crowded boardwalks, or long walks required.

Please Note: This property includes two separate homes. The "Heart of the Beach" unit is upstairs and is not available for rental. "Tranquility" is the lower level home available exclusively for vacation rental. Minimum age to rent is 25.

The Location

Nestled in a peaceful residential area—away from the high-rise condos—Tranquility feels like your own private beach getaway. You're still just steps from some of PCB’s most popular attractions like Pineapple Willy’s, 810 Billiards & Bowling, and Walmart, all within walking distance.

Interior Highlights

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is ideal for gathering with friends and family. Tile countertops, stainless steel appliances, bar seating, and an eat-in dining table make cooking and sharing meals a breeze. There’s seating for 8 at the table and 3 at the bar, plus a spacious living area with breathtaking Gulf views, two plush sofas, a cozy loveseat, and a 60” smart TV.

Off the living area, the sunroom invites you to take in the stunning 180-degree Gulf view or use it as extra sleeping space with a queen sleeper sofa.

Start your day with coffee and sunrise views from the private patio. Spend your afternoon relaxing in a polywood chair with a good book, and your evening enjoying the sunset with a cocktail. The hot tub, fire pit, grill, beach swing, and volleyball net are all yours to enjoy.

A: The home includes both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Yes, up to two pets are welcome.

Q: Is travel insurance recommended?
A: Yes. Tropical storms and hurricanes are possible from May through October. Refunds or date changes are not offered for weather-related events. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Check-In & Guest Access

Ten days before arrival, guests receive an email titled “Important information about your upcoming trip to PCB.” The day before arrival, a TEXT will be sent with check-in details and the door code. Check-in is at 4:00 PM.

Guests have full private access to the lower level home (Tranquility), including all interior and exterior amenities. The upper level (Heart of the Beach) is not part of the rental and may be owner-occupied or vacant. Note: These homes are not actually connected. The upper house was built separately and sits above the lower house.
