Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. The condo was perfect! Between the 8 of us, we couldn't come up with one complaint. It is very spacious and really well stocked with all of the essentials. The closet full of beach toys and accessories(chairs, towels, wagon,etc..) was great!

The unit was clean & spacious. Couch and loveseat are very uncomfortable & need replacing. A/C does not cool well. Kitchen has everything you need even for small children. Tidewater Resort as a whole is not somewhere that we would ever stay at again unfortunately.

Elevator Mayhem

The unit itself was nice and spacious for our party of 10. However the two king size beds were very uncomfortable and the mattresses need to be updated. One of the king size beds made terrible noise everytime you moved and was braced up with boards underneath the bed. Only 2 saucepans in the kitchen. The balcony was tiny for our family with only 4 chairs. But despite all the above mentioned by far the worse part of the experience were the elevators. I have never in all my life taken the stairs so many times to avoid 10-15-30 minute wait times for the elevator. It was an absolute nightmare. We were on the 13th floor, so taking the stairs was no easy feat, we had 5 kids with us. FYI construction is underway in PCB which is another pain that you have to deal with at all times. I would not recommend this 30 story condo. It was one of the busiest most packed condos I’ve ever stayed in. The closet of beach toys and supplies was nice. It was also nice to have the beach chairs for free. But for our overall experience, we would not return.

Great Vacation!

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was super nice, very clean, spacious, had lots of amenities, and was in a great location. For the price, it was well worth the slight inconvenience of the elevators being very crowded and hard to get at check in/check out times. The beach was also crowded, but we got down early each morning to claim our space.

The condo was stocked with multiple items we did not expect. A cooler for our use, fishing rods, beach chairs, nets and sand toys,etc. we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Only issue is with the resort being 30 floors and it was crowded, we had to wait 10-15 mins for elevators every time.

The condo was beautiful! The company that owns the condo is easy to get ahold of with issues etc etc. It gets bad when The tidewater comes into play, we were given the wrong condo at first, and had to walk 8 flights of stairs back to check in to get the right one, then back to our condo with luggage. Elevators are an issue a big one, a person could wait 45 minutes for an elevator and never get one, unless you luck out and find one being operated by an employee which it seems wasn’t all the time. The resort fees are crazy, you have to pay a resort fee to rent arm bands that are stained up and dirty and if you don’t return them you are charged again. This building has 30 floors I felt so bad for people with young children, elderly and sick that were having to fight for an elevator or go up flights of steps, some elevators looked like they were not working but I don’t know if fixing them would of combated the issue because of over crowding. If you don’t follow resort rules, ie wear your nasty arm band etc you risk getting “wrote up”. Our condo came with chair service which was great being as we paid quite abit for this rental but if you want a front row forget it no matter what time you get down there in the am there aren’t any available even though you can see they are empty. The condo was cleaned, well maintained stocked with just about everything even fans who need them to sleep at night but I won’t stay at this resort again

Nice stay

Our family of 8 stayed for a week. Overall the condo was great. Spacious with two master bedrooms and a third bedroom with a bunk and full bed. Having three bathrooms was great too. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. There were boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas as well. We had an issue with the dryer not heating and the owner had an appliance company come the same day. My complaints would be the elevator situation was a nightmare. Waiting times were very long, but each day it became more tolerable. The air condition never got below 70 degrees which is too hot when my family sleeps. There was a ceiling fan in the main master bedroom, but it didn’t really help keep the room cool. The curtains could’ve also been darker in that room in order to keep it cooler and for sleeping past 6am. Lastly, the floor was quiet dirty. It could’ve used a good mopping. The kids feet were black within minutes of arriving. We did enjoy our stay and would certainly book the unit again.

Beautiful View

The condo was perfect and beautiful inside. It was not far from the pier which is a great place to fish. It was very roomy. The only downfall was having to wait forever on the elevators. Having a high chair and playpen was wonderful and closet in kitchen was great. Condo also had beach toys, extra chairs and beach towels.

Almost Perfect

The unit was perfect and views, AMAZING! Tidewater did not disappoint. The location was awesome. We traveled with teens and they were able to venture out to Pier Park with ease. I say almost perfect only because of the elevator wait times. It’s a 30 story resort, so it’s to be expected. You can figure out a system to the elevators after a day or so. So, taking that into exception, it’s worth it. We encountered great staff and fellow vacationers throughout our stay.

Fabulous Spring Break!

Pictures do not give this condo justice! It is absolutely beautiful and well stocked! Emerald Beach Rentals was a gem to work with. Very responsive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend staying in this condo at Tidewater Beach Resort! Eventhough them having a 13th floor kind of freaked me out! Will definitely be rebooking this condo in the future.
