Welcome to The Villas at Sunset Beach 102A! Step into this one of a kind Seacrest Beach condo and you will be swept away by Gulf Views over the dunes! This floor condo unit has the best of both! You will be just steps away from the community private pool and beach access. Natural light floods the space, highlighting modern furnishings and an expansive layout. The gourmet kitchen hosts stainless-steel appliances, large center island, and is open to the dining table which seats six guests. The living room is adjacent to the dining space and has comfortable seating for everyone with three sofas and an occasional chair. The king master suite is a haven of luxury, complete with ample space, storage, and a large en-suite bath. There are two guest rooms, both with king size beds and private en suites. Additional sleeping arrangements can be found in the queen sleeper sofas in the living room. This condo is within walking distance to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and the center of Seacrest Beach. Peddlers Pavilion is at the center of the Seacrest Beach Town Center and has ample shops, restaurants, small convenience store and more! Head over to Alys Beach or Rosemary Beach to enjoy the world famous architecture that makes 30A so unique!

Perfect for a family beach vacation

This condo is fantastic. Right off the beach and spacious. It was spotless when we checked in and the beds were SO comfortable! The condo is walkable or bikeable to all the at Rosemary beach has to offer and secured by security. The pool is a great place for kids and heated. Perfect place for our family to enjoy the beach and close enough to return for nap time and lunch. The water is beautiful and the beach is relatively shallow which was perfect for my 3 year old. The property management company was easy to work with and very responsive. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful Condo Right on the Beach

Absolutely beautiful property- plenty of space for my husband and me and our 2 teens. Well-stocked kitchen and lovely, tranquil decorating. The beach was super crowded when we went, but luckily the condo with its beautiful view and comfy outdoor seating made us feel like we still had a little bit of paradise all to ourselves!

Perfect stay!
