Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located oasis. About 5 min from Pier Park & the Legendary Tootsies live music bar and only a few blocks from the Beach! This house has it all, from it's garage hangout area with arcade machines, pin ball machines, pool table, and bar area. To the amazing décor inside the house that is picture perfect for your Florida experience.


The space:

We would be so happy to host you! The master bedroom has a King mattress. The futon in the master is memory foam and lays out to a full bed and is extremely comfy. Just to stress this point, we didn’t cheap out on the Futon so this is for sure a very comfortable option to sleep on during your stay.

We also have two rollaway beds that are both twin beds that are stored in the master closet. The closet itself can easy fit both rollaway beds laid out or they can be put in the master with plenty of space for everyone.

In the living room, you can use the Queen Fold up/floor mattress. OR you can use the Queen pull out bed from the couch in the living room.

The Queen bedroom has one queen hybrid mattress bed (to state the obvious haha) and the bunk room has two full beds and two twin beds as the top bunks. All bunk room mattresses are memory foam and also extremely comfortable.

The garage also is a livable space and the couch in there pulls out as a “day bed” mattress style and is about the size of a full bed or slightly bigger. There is also a memory foam foldout mattress topper stored in the laundry room next to the washer that can be put on the ground for extra sleeping area or can be put on the day bed in the garage to make it even more comfortable.

11 current beds in total plus 1 foldout memory foam mattress/topper for a total of 12 usable beds/ sleeping areas if needed.

We did not cheap out on mattresses like some hosts do. From experience, where you sleep is one of the most important aspects of renting a place for your vacation and can make the world of difference for how your trip goes.

On top of all that the kitchen is fully stocked with pretty much any cooking utensil, baking sheets/pans, and pots and pans you could ever need. We also have a rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, k-cup maker, blender, electric egg beater, any a whole lot more. Our goal is to make sure staying here is like staying at a place away from home with all the comforts and amenities of your home. Anything we could think of, that someone may need, we made sure to get.

Guest access:

• Guests will have Private access to the whole house, backyard, and Garage.
Other things to note
• Normal Check-in is anytime after 3pm. Upon Request, we can attempt to coordinate with our cleaners to accommodate an earlier check-in but typically 3pm is the earliest possible time & our cleaners may be finishing up upon your earlier arrival. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay :)

• Check-out is at 11am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we typically cannot offer late check-out requests.
**Our property is typically completely booked out 90-95% of the days in the month.**

• However, you can ALWAYS request early Drop-Off of your Luggage securely inside the home. As Early as 11:30am for luggage drop-off, UPON request.

• In this home we provide a Pack-N-Play travel Crib for your family to use if needed! Should be stored in the box in the Master Closet. :)
