Highly recommend!

Our stay was fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable. There were no rowdy guests and we never heard anyone through the walls or even people walking down the hallways. The entire staff was friendly and always helpful. I saw several reviews say the hallway carpets were “filthy” - they are not. The breakfast is fantastic, this is not your typical “continental hotel breakfast”, it’s so much better. They have Happy Hour every day from 5-6:30 and every guest over 21 gets two free drinks each day. The pool was constantly kept clean, and they provide towels poolside if you need them. Please note that you do have to pay to park: $20/for self parking or $28/day for valet. We felt like the breakfast and Hapoy Hour made up for the cost of parking. The location is great. It’s right next to Pier Park. It’s is across the street from the beach, but it’s an easy walk. On the days we went to the beach, my husband went out in the morning and parked in the spaces across the street so we didn’t have to carry all of our stuff across the street. I’d definitely stay again.

Perfect location

Perfect location just beside pier park. In front the pier beach and beach of course (across the street) Room is very nice, I love it and very comfortable. 2 drinks per day for happy hour (pay attention the time) 5-6:30pm only limited options but free. I lost first day. Good buffet breakfast, busy but good. My suggestion Hotel should improve the coffee and orange juice quality to meet hotel standards. Nice pool.

The air conditioning was pretty bad in the hotel. The first floor halls were watm and the gym air conditioning didnt work at all. It was so hot. The breakfast buffet lines were very long every day.

Misleading about parking. Doesn't mention anywhere $20 per day parking, only mentioned $28 valet so I assumed parking was free, like it has been at every other Embassy Suites I've stayed at in the past. That was an unexpected $80 extra fee. Also it was made to be paid thru a QR code at the check-in desk, not added to the room. Just felt sketchy and not sure if it is really enforced so only honest people pay? Water pressure was terrible and shower was scolding hot. They sent someone to fix it, but it didn't help, so we just dealt with barely running not scolding water.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days with our two children (ages 9 and 1), and we were very pleased with our experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was polite and attentive, always ready to help and answer any questions. The hotel is conveniently located, with everything we needed nearby — shops, cafes, and easy access to the beach. The grounds are well-maintained and perfect for walking with children. Our stay was peaceful and comfortable, and we were very satisfied. We would gladly return in the future. Fun trip

We love this hotel, but if you dont get up early you don’t get breakfast apparently. I also saw a lot of people saying the hallways need to be cleaned and I agree. They smelled like dog pee. But the room was clean and was perfect! We loved the pool and how close it is to everything. The guys that do the vallet were really nice!
