Welcome to Continental #112, a first-floor Gulf-front studio condo that sleeps four and is centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. The fully equipped kitchen includes table seating four in this charming studio condo, with a wall-mounted flat screen TV. There is tile flooring in the entry and kitchen area, with carpet in the sleeping area. The living/sleeping area has a mirrored wall that enhances the feeling of spaciousness, and two queen-size beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for three guests (max occupancy per fire safety code). Opposite the beds you’ll find a sitting area. There are large windows throughout, to maximize your Gulf view. A door from the sleeping area provides access to the furnished, covered lanai and the pathway to the beach.

The Continental Condominium resort offers free covered parking, on-site laundry facilities, a Gulf-front seasonally heated pool, picnic area with grills, pool table and easy beach access. Poolside you can grab a bite or cool off with your favorite beverage from the beach bar next door.
