The Edgewater itself was fantastic! The ocean and pools are right there! My teenage daughters had a blast on the beach! They are updating the elevators in the tower, so it took a while to wait for one, but not too troublesome. The condo was lacking. Expect to bring everything with you (toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, dish soap, etc) there was 2 rolls of tp, but 1 ply, so just be prepared. Others have mentioned it, but this unit is in need of updating. I'm not one to complain about older things if they are well maintained, but that didn’t seem to be the case. There was a spot in the ceiling that continued to fall off onto the kitchen counter, the water pressure in the main bathroom was a trickle, the kitchen cabinets do not close all the way, and the bathroom sink took forever to drain. I know itxs Florida, but my husband killed a few cockroaches on the kitchen counter each morning. I would 100% stay at the Edgewater again, but I would pass on this particular unit.

The location & space were great. The living room furniture was very sparse & the master bedroom needs additional lighting. We know the Edgewater property well having been an owner for 15 years and had a great time.

Beautiful beachfront resort, well-tended. Lovely and comfortable room. Check-in instructions were unclear - didn't know where to take trash, the gate code, or that wristbands were required on the property. Property manager not responsive.Overall though, great vacation on a great property in a great condo.

Amazing Location!

The condo was in such an amazing location. We were seconds from the beach and the pool was ginormous! We really enjoyed the community as well. It was clean and a pretty decent size for our group. We will definitely keep this condo in our back pocket for our next trip!

Great location and view.

No issues, great location and property. Only downside was Gulf was closed most of week due to rip tide risk. Outdoor pool is large and beautiful but not heated so just be aware if going during colder times. First week of April was still chilly.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice for the most part. Couches weren't very comfortable and not much seating in the livingroom for 6 people. Nice view, nice area, enjoyed Edgewater Resort. Melissa was very nice and easy to contact when we needed anything.

It’s good until it isn’t

The location is awesome and the view is amazing. The property is as pictured. The property itself gets 5 stars. There was a leak in the ceiling for 5 out of 8 days we were there. The leak was reported, pictures sent and nothing was done to alleviate the issue. We couldn’t close the door on the 2nd bedroom unless we moved our cooler that was being used to catch the leaking water. We also had a realtor come by to show the property to prospective buyers. She was told multiple times that we didn’t want her showing the property while we were there and entered the property anyway. I found this to be intrusive, unprofessional and an invasion of privacy. This was also reported and yet again nothing was done.

Me and my 3 teenagers were visiting PCB for a baseball tournament. This place was perfect! Great location. Great host. Great view. We had a wonderful long weekend and were very comfortable. Absolutely would stay here again!
