10 min walk from beach. Or 3 min drive . House neatly decorated. Pool goes up to 6 ft. Stairs at end for 3 ft. At lot of patio furniture and indoor seating. Laundry inside . Garage probably fits a sedan I wouldn’t recommend a van or truck . I didn’t rent a golf cart even though I wanted so I would get one if it’s in budget. Coffee maker toaster and lots of things to cook with.

Loved the location. Quiet in a walkable neighborhood close to the beach! Had a housekeeping issue (queen bed was made without a fitted sheet) but I reached out and it was addressed immediately. Only other thing, while I am an animal lover, sure wish there wasn’t so much dog hair on all the fabric surfaces (couches, throw pillows, throw blankets etc.). Housekeeping should focus on that for a feeling of cleanliness.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. 10 short walks to the beach, centrally located between Panama City and Rosemary/Alys Beach. It's very quiet neighborhood so if you are looking to be wild and loud this may not be the place.

The host was fantastic and so helpful throughout the duration of our stay. The property was as shown, and extremely clean and well-kept. We loved the back patio and heated pool. As far as location, it's just close enough to all of the PCB hustle and bustle. Making for a quiet, relaxing retreat - even over a major holiday. Our entire group loved our stay and wished we could have stayed another five nights!

We had a great stay at this beach house. It had everything we needed and a great pool! It was a short walk to the beach and we appreciated the wagon and beach gear. A quiet neighborhood but a quick drive to the main area of pcb. We would stay again!

Excellent!

My family and I had an amazing time! This was an extremely well-appointed house. Beautiful and comfortable living, dining, and bedroom furnishings. My kids had an absolute blast in the pool each day. All the pool and beach gear that we needed (and more)! The beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys came in very handy. And the beach was so close! Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping were all nearby. If you are looking for a great place to stay where the hosts go above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need - look no further! This is the house for you (and we look forward to the time when we can stay again)!

Great stay near the beach

We had a great stay in this house that was just a few blocks from the beach. The house had all the essentials and was very comfortable. We rented a golf cart from a local company and had a quick drive to the beach. The pool was great and perfect to relax after a few hours at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Family getaway

We enjoyed this vacation rental. We loved being able to bring our golf cart and park in the garage. All the beach & pool toys were great as we didn't pack any! We had so much fun at the pool, we never even turned on a TV!! GREAT FAMILY TIME!

Very nice home!

This home is very nicely decorated and laid out! Close to the beach and close to other nice areas. The only unfortunate part is that the heated pool ended up not working which was a big bummer because the kids couldn’t use it - it was a big draw for me to choose this specific rental. The host was super nice and refunded the heating fee and tried his/her best to have someone out to fix it. It was out of their control so I don’t blame them. Nice place regardless.
