Bluegreen's Bayside Resort and Spa offers 150 accommodations with safes and coffee/tea makers. Beds feature premium bedding. 42-inch flat-screen televisions come with cable channels and pay movies. Access to cruise was nice. Staffing was unprofessional at check in. Television didn’t work after every rain shower. Sliding door leaked into room. Bathroom door was too close to shower and toilet. Elevator sometimes worked correctly. Room key was given but they tried to sell you a time share. The restaurant was very limited and closed very early leaving driving ten minutes to any restaurant. Restaurants in area closed early. Restaurant hours of operations not posted on door or website correctly and staffing was aware but not concerned about issue. Staffing at checkout was not concerned about our stay. Highly don’t recommend.

Hotel was good but could be better like having easy access to use Netflix through my phone.The tv kept freezing up,and the beach was okay nothing too special.The water just didn’t seem all that clean or good looking to be in,you better off driving to front beach road and enjoy a better beach there but overall the hotel and staff was excellent though just minor things they could improve.

The new renovations look nice but still need some updates. Our room had a crack in the ceiling, peeling wallpaper throughout the hallways in building 2. Tv guide did not work, room door has to be slammed to close and you could hear the next room clearly while in the bathroom. Private beach needs an update also.

Very nice resort away from the crowded beaches.It has a private beach but the water is very shallow. So it is good for families with small children where they can play in the sand and in the shallow water. For adults such beach is no fun at all.

The pool area was really nice, some of the halls and parts of the rooms not so much. Our couch was stained up and the grounds around the resort had trash that was never picked up our entire stay. Its quite spread out so bring a beach wagon to carry things. I like that they provide shampoo/conditioner/and body wash in dispensers in the shower, one less thing to have to pack. They also provide towels for the pool/beach. There are loaner bikes you can sign out and putt putt golf to keep you entertained along with water activities you can book if you want to dolphin watch or snorkel(not included).
