"Shore Beats Work" is located at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot on the 9th floor of the garage. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. The resort requires an on-site $75 registration fee for a resort packet that contains RFID armbands for your group and one garage parking pass.
*Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

Updated beachy 1BR+Bunk bedroom, 2BA condo in the Shores of Panama Resort. This condo is beautifully decorated and recently updated with new tile that looks like hardwood throughout, fresh paint, new appliances, new mattresses, a barn door for the bunkroom, new light fixtures, and more!

Walking in you're greeted by spectacular views. The large tropical pool, sugar white sand and bright emerald water of the Gulf, is a truly breathtaking site. The open plan kitchen/living room and dining area are the true centerpiece of the condo, where you can easily relax and enjoy the company of family and friends. The kitchen is open to the living area, with bar seating, and is stocked with all the large & small appliances you could need for a quick snack to a full meal. Set up a buffet of food on the bar & enjoy it at the dining table.

The open-concept layout leads into the living room, where you will find plenty of comfortable seating that includes a queen sleeper sofa, a love seat and comfortable chairs. Plenty of room for everyone in your group! The 9-foot ceilings and HUGE windows allow tons of light and lead out to your private balcony. You can end your day watching the sunset and enjoying cocktails on the balcony overlooking the sugar-white beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf!

The Master Bedroom has a King bed, a smart tv for watching your favorite shows before bed, and ensuite full bath. The master bathroom has a vanity with great lighting, and a shower/ tub combination. The Bunkroom has a beautiful mural, custom twin/twin bunkbed, its own ensuite full bath with a standup shower, and a barn door separating it from the rest of the condo for privacy. There is also free WiFi and a full size Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf-front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of tropical pool space with a zero entry side that's great for kids, a large hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, and a Charcoal Grill/Picnic area. Indoors you'll find a heated pool and hot tub, a modern fitness center with brand new equipment, a Donut/Coffee Shop in the Lobby and a large Banquet/Meeting Room available to rent. Want to bike the beach? Concierge has bicycles for rent in the lobby! There are also plenty of beachside activities and watersports, as well as chair/umbrella rentals on site.

Just steps away from everything you could need- Wal-Mart is just a few steps away across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 ) Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.
