We are the Karlen’s, owners of Shore Fun 7B-3 at Horizon South. We are excited to make many memories here with our family and friends. We also love to spend time walking along the beach and watching the beautiful sunsets. We would love to share our home with you.

This is one of the largest floor plans at Horizon South. It is a two-story, townhouse- style condo so there is no one above or below you, private and quiet. The condo was completely renovated with everything new in 2018, and new living room and patio furniture in 2023.

The furnishings, linens and decor are a mix of beachy, coastal, a little bit of farmhouse! For your comfort and convenience there are memory foam mattresses on all beds, a beautiful walk in shower in the master, lots of towels, blinds in all patio doors, queen sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress.

The main level is decorated with neutral walls, beachy accents and includes a new entryway cubby with beach hooks for your bags, beach towels to grab as you head out the door, and extra storage space for you. The laundry room is located inside, open concept living room/dining room/kitchen, half bath, enclosed patio off the living room. You’ll love the bright colored Fiesta utensils, serving pieces and dinnerware for 8 for dining, or use the Melamine for kiddos and casual outdoor dining. You’ll also find pots, pans, bakeware, stock pots, Keurig, coffee maker, X-wide 4 slice toaster, blender, and mixer, Ninja chopper, Magic Bullet, cutlery, a crockpot, electric skillet, and barware.

Upstairs you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with coastal shades of aqua, blue ,and neutrals. The king master with a TV, a large closet and balcony and a beautiful ensuite bathroom. The front bedroom is a king with a TV, mini fridge, large closet and a large balcony. The 3rd bedroom is a queen with a TV, and plenty of hanging space and shelves in the closet. The second and third bedroom share a full bath in the hallway. There is a high chair/booster seat and pack’n play/sheets in the closet.

Horizon South is a gated community located on the quiet west side of Panama City Beach. We are in the center of the complex, right across from the office, main pools, hot tub, sports courts, mini golf, and shuffleboard courts. It’s a 7 minute walk through the complex to the crosswalk on Front Beach Road and our boardwalk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and powdery white sand beach.

You can hop on the Bay Town Trolley at the front of Horizon South for a short ride to Pier Park a new shopping and entertainment hotspot just 1.5 miles away (check out their website for routes and fees). If you want to drive it’s only 5 minutes away and there’s tons of parking available. You’ll find shopping, casual and fine dining, nightlife, a movie theater, Dave and Busters, a new Skywheel, Walmart, Target, and a fishing pier (google Pier Park for a complete listing). Uber and Lyft are also available in Panama City Beach.

We think you’ll find everything you need here while you enjoy beautiful Panama City Beach, when we are your host. Read on to see what we include.

1) We manage the property ourselves. This means you will communicate with us directly instead of a company, no extra management for you to pay, and allows us better attention to detail and availability for your questions. We have a housekeeper who cleans our home every time so she’s familiar with it. We have our own maintenance people on call should a need arise.
2) Our home sleeps 8 so is great for a large family, two couples with kids, three couples, A group here for a sporting event, or a girlfriends trip. Renters under 25 are not allowed.
3) There is covered parking (carport) at the front door for easy loading and unloading of luggage and groceries. Additional parking spots are available.
4) Our home has a gas grill to keep your food cost down, a large refrigerator to store all of your cold foods, there are three outdoor spaces for you to enjoy (your own, not shared). It feels like home.
5) The keyless entry is great for young and old, no keys to keep track of. No waiting in line in an office to check in, just enter your code on the keypad and you’re in.
6) There are four large flat screen streaming Smart 4K UHD TVs and a private Wi-Fi with YouTube TV.
7) Included in your stay (not just a starter pack) is toilet paper, paper towels, paper napkins, trash bags, laundry products, dishwashing products, Ziplock bags, foil, containers, K-cups, creamers, and shower dispensers with body wash. This is a great value for a week stay plus you don’t have to spend time at the store buying it!
8) No need to pack or buy beach towels, backpack beach chairs, a couple beach umbrellas, along with a beach wagon to pull the gear to the beach are provided. There’s also a large rolling cooler(no glass allowed on the beach or at the pools), a couple of smaller coolers. Pack lighter play longer! Huge savings compared to paying to rent beach chairs for a week.
9) The outdoor space includes a patio off the living room with a Char-Broil 4-burner gas grill and utensils, 8 person table and 3 person glider, patio umbrella, and green space right off patio for kids to play, the front balcony upstairs includes 4 Adirondack chairs and 2 stands, (overlooks the central area amenities), master bedroom balcony includes 2 chairs and stand.
10) Horizon South has entrances on both Front Beach Road and Back Beach Road (Hwy 98) which is great when you want to make a trip to Pier Park or Frank Brown Park ( 1.5-2 miles away), 30A or Destin. Great amenities include 4 pools (main pool heated in the winter), A kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis/pickle ball court, mini golf, shuffle board, and swings. There are tennis and pickle ball rackets and balls, mini golf putters and balls, goggles, and 2- toddler life jackets in the beach closet.

Whether you’re coming to PCB for sports tournament, music festival, bike rally, wedding, or just to unplug with family and friends on our beautiful beaches, we want you to remember it was Shore Fun! No pets and no smoking allowed.
Free parking provided for one vehicle in the carport, any additional parking passes can be purchased for $25 each at the office when picking up your prepaid armbands and 1 parking pass, between the hours of 9am-4pm. Armbands will be provided for up to 8 guests over the age of 5 and are to be worn at all times during your stay. No rental golf carts allowed.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony.
