Unit 1002 is located on the 10th floor of Grand Panama Beach Resort. Tower 1 is practically on the sand of the beautiful Emerald Coast, giving you breath-taking, unobstructed views from the private balcony with balcony entrances from both the living room and master bedroom.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with 1135 SF sleeps 8 in 1 King, 1 Queen, 3 Twins and a Queen sleeper sofa with all new mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig duo and spices. All linens are provided (except for beach towels) along with 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon and a large umbrella for you to enjoy the sugar sand beach. Smart TVs in each room have Direct TV streaming, Paramount+, HBO and Showtime included and a washer and dryer are in the condo for your use.

Master: King bed, balcony access, Oceanview, 40" smart tv; private bath with separate soaker tub and walk in shower, double vanity.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed, 32" smart tv, Ocean view, dresser, guest chair, en suite bath entrance.
Hall Bunks: 2 twin beds with a 3rd twin trundle.

Kitchen: All the basics needed to prepare full meals, dishes, glasses, mugs, silverware, kids' plates and sippy cups, blender, toaster, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, range/oven, dishwasher, Keurig duo, hand mixer and can opener. Starter dishwashing soap, dishwasher pods, sponge, paper towels, dishtowels, trash bags and hand soap. Full spice rack and salt/pepper.

Bathroom: All towels (except beach towels), starter shampoo/soap, makeup washcloths, hand soap.

Bedrooms: Sheets, blankets, and the best pillows on the planet! Seriously, guests ask me for the link to purchase their own all the time!

Smart Tvs: All tvs include subscriptions to Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+, and you can log in to any other channels you wish with your account.

Beachy stuff: 4 beach chairs, beach wagon, and large umbrella.

Other extras: Cozy throw blankets, pack 'n' play, high chair/booster seat.

Door code for access is provided 2 days before check in to the email provided during the reservation process. $55 resort fee is paid directly to the resort at check in which includes wristbands and parking pass for one vehicle. An additional parking pass is available for $35. Preregistration now available to save time at check in.

We stayed at this beachfront condo for a week! The condo was awesome for a family, we had 2 toddlers with us and the condo was so nice and equipped with things for the kids. We loved the beach accessories and the beach access as well! The condo was beautiful and very clean! Sharon the host was very helpful with all my questions and check in and check out was very easy too! We will definitely stay there again!!

Very Nice Condo

Great vacation rental

We loved this condo and the Grand Panama property. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. Sharon was the sweetest ! Through communication and the little details, they really made us feel like our vacation was priority to them. We had everything we needed . The views were perfect and the Grand Panama facilities were wonderful. We will absolutely rent here again and again.

First, the communication with the owner was the Best! Second, she was very sweet and provided extra special touches such as a handwritten welcome card with a gift on the kitchen counter. She also sent sweet little texts throuhout our stay checking on us and wishing us to enjoy our stay. Maintenance a d pest control had to have access to the condo a couple of days but we were notified the day before! The condo was very clean and well kept , had a gorgeous view , and eas in a great location. I would definitely stay here again.

Great experience!

This is a lovely condo, very clean, very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and ate most of our meals out there. Our family consisted of my husband and I, our teenager, and three kiddos ages 7-11. We had plenty of room to sleep, and were very comfy! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!
