**. Due to internal rules and regulations at the Majestic Beach Resort, you have to be al least 25 to register as a guest. Anyone under 25 must have in-room adult supervision (Adults must be staying in unit and available at all times)

**Beach towels are not included. Please bring your own beach towels.

Majestic Market General Store is next to front desk, Tower 1.

Beach towels are not included.

Parking is available in the covered garage, the parking cost is $40 per vehicle plus processing fee, paid through a separate link after the booking is confirmed.

No daily maid service, as this is a private condominium - however for extended stays you can request room cleaning and fresh linens, fees will apply.

Luggage Carts: Please remember that luggage carts will be staged in the 3rd-floor loading and unloading area of the parking garage. Guests will need to provide a driver's license in order to sign out a luggage cart. DO NOT bring the luggage carts inside the room.

Armbands: all guests and owners must have a property i.d. armband while on Majestic property.
