In the condo you’ll find two additional beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys for guests to use year around.
From the moment you step through the front door you are greeted with beautiful gulf views that continue through the kitchen, dining room, living area, and primary bedroom. The Unit has an open-concept floorplan with a newly renovated fully stocked “cook’s kitchen” featuring stainless-steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, two-toned soft closing cabinets with under lighting, and quartz countertops.
The dining area has a spacious table with seating for six plus three stools at the kitchen counter. It’s a great place for dinner or even enjoying a board game or puzzle with the family. The living area is furnished with a modern sleeper sofa, two rocking swivel recliners, and a 55’ ultra 4K TV with sound bar, subwoofer, and Blu-ray player which is perfect for catching a game or watching a movie. If you need to work or to catch-up on some emails, there is even a small desk area that is perfect for your laptop.
The primary and second bedrooms offer cool memory foam mattresses, primary (king) and guest room (2 queens). Each bedroom has dressers and closets for storage, ceiling fans, lighting, and 42” TVs. Both bathrooms have been updated with marble countertops and accents, and the primary bath has a large walk-in shower. You will enjoy sleeping as late as you want with the custom black-out curtains, or you can just lay in bed and enjoy the beautiful ocean view.
An indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, gas, and charcoal grills are just some of the building’s amenities plus you can’t beat the location. There are no hotels on either side of Tropic Winds, no bumper-to-bumper traffic, and you are only 2 miles from the fabulous Pier Park. Tropic Winds is located right on the white sugar sand beach of the Gulf and Groceries and restaurants are also close by.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first parking pass is free. Additional vehicle parking passes cost $40.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.
