This is a beautiful condo with an upscale beach look that’s really popular.It was completely redecorated this year. But is isn’t just the views inside that makes it special. The beach and gulf views are spectacular. You’ll find yourself spending lots of time on the balcony because you’ll be captivated by the view.

You’re going to love the roomy LIVING ROOM. The QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA is big and comfortable. There’s a big screen TV with cable for when you get beached out, like that will happen! Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. And of course the beach views from the living room are spectacular too.

The KITCHEN’s a beauty with granite counter tops. It’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar with bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.

The DINING AREA has a big table, really comfortable so everyone’s got a seat at the table.

The MASTER SUITE is very roomy. Huge king size bed with a beautiful headboard. There’s another pretty big TV, same cable package. There’s plenty of closet space for all of your belongings too. The Master Bath has a full glass walk in shower.

The SECOND MASTER has a QUEEN bed. And a TV when you just want to zone out for a while at the end of the day. This suite also has its own bath.

The THIRD BEDROOM is a kid-friendly area with 2 sets of bunks! That’s for kids with plenty of room to sleep and play. There’s a 3rd bath for the kids too.

The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 10 with 3 full baths.

Sterling Breeze is perfectly located at the west end of the beach near Pier Park.
NOTE: Guests of this property are required to pay an additional $50 amenity fee to access the pool and for parking. Guests will be provided a link to register their vehicles and pay the fee prior to their arrival, each car is $50
