We had very large room with charming decor, lots of storage, and great bathroom with huge shower - plus a very pleasant terrace overlooking the fields, not the road. Beds were very comfortable. Wi-fi quality was a bit variable, but mostly worked. Staff was always available and made good recommendations for dining and visiting Hierapolis-Pamukkale, plus welcomed us with a glass of wine. Lots of parking and easy check-in; located within walking distance of the south entrance of Pamukkale and restaurants of town.

Good for overnight stay. Good sized, clean tidy room. Short taxi ride into town. Driving directions from Google are not easy to use at night due to small turning into side lane. Hotel need an illuminated sign on the main road.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. largely thanks to the incredible staff. My husband unfortunately had an accident and broke his foot during our trip. The hotel manager went above and beyond to support us, he provided a wheelchair, arranged a very accessible room and were always available to assist. The breakfast was another highlight, fresh, delicious and offering a great variety each morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel for is outstanding service, excellent facilities and convenient location near the Pamukkale thermal pools.
