This was a one day stay for work. Hotels were all very expensive probably due to the Super Bowl. But this little hotel offered a decent rate. Check in was easy - allowed me into my room early. Nice people. The room was awful. Smelled of old cigarettes. Bedding was thin and made for minimal night comfort. Upstairs guests were very loud. No sleep to be had. It was not worth the price by any stretch. When I mentioned this at the front desk at checkout the young woman was less than impressed with my sleepless tales. Made my work day very hard to get through.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating. We loved the area surrounding the hotel, it feels more like a resort. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place near Stanford. It made my procedure much more pleasant.

One of the reasons for booking here was the restaurant and room service only to find out it was closed for renovations till end of February. Its very shady when a hotel explicitly does not include one of its main attractions is unavailable

Check in/out staffs are great. Francisco very patience and friendly. Upon checkin-the Executive suite-room is not fully staffed for 3 person- 1pr of slipper/no dish soap/sponge/shower cap. Kitchen ware- 3 drinking glass instead of 4. Someone must have broke it, fork and spoon all odds sizes and all sizes for the fork and spoon. Have to ask for whatever missing.
