Good central spot in palmeston clean rooms have everything you could need great friendly staff always happy & willing to help out

Great location so we didn’t have to travel into the city. Palmerston has brand new shops and great places to eat.

H was close enough yet far enough. Didn’t need a hire car and within walking distance to Mitchell St and the mall. Great stay at the H.

Rooms were large well presented. No noise pleasant surroundings

Check in staff were wonderful and the room clean and comfortable

We had a swim out room and pool was fantastic as was the staff Really friendly and helpful

The appartment was lovely. Except in one room it sounded like something was in the roof, you’d hear whited sounded like rain them there was a noise that would make you jump in fright. It was a bit annoying. For the size of the complex the pool was small.

I had to request housekeeping to clean the room and replace towels, but apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Great location, basic breakfast included, terrific view.

Very close to all places in the city. Unfortunately there is a backpakers behind it which kicks off on Fridays, but the very helpfull staff relocatted us to another apartment away from the noise even though it was none of their doing.
