Semi-detached bungalow of 1600 in concrete & wood covered with corrugated iron sheets,with garage in a complex of 2 acres consisting of 26 bungalows with Olympic size swimming pool,situated on the Eastern Coast of the Island.Each bungalow has 3 doublerooms,one on ground floor about 156 AMBRE HOTEL.The other 2 doublerooms are on first floor,one of app.168 a balcony of 40 facing the white sandy beach & the turquoise lagoon/ sea;the second doubleroom on 1st floor is around 180 a balcony of 30 approximately ,facing AMBRE HOTEL.Finally,on second floor ,there is a wooden attic covered with corrugated sheets app.144 ,with 2 single beds ideal for young kids above 10 yrs.The bungalow is a self-catering type,with all amenities provided in the kitchen ,namely cooker/oven,microwave,fridge,toaster,coffee-maker ,cutlery & all required kitchen utensils.The bungalow is fully furnished & well maintained & can easily sleep 8 persons.Water heater,washing machine & aircons are available in the three doublerooms & a fan in the attic.2 kayaks are at disposal free of charge ,as well as 4 sunloungers.Coconut water is available free anytime requested.Housemaids are available on request for a little stipend & are always ready to prepare local food,barbecues & look after the cleaning of the premises.
