I booked family of 4 but my son had to leave Mallorca so only 3 people - 2 rooms for $700+ per room. They didn’t offer to take the extra breakfast or make a sandwich to take out.The service staff was lacking- wasn’t friendly, not helpful or warm vibes. - room didn’t have “patio” as advertised - 2 rooms very dark even I requested a bright/light room. Very depressed room. - the spa had no water in the sunken room to relax -the front manager/general manager wasn’t present when we had issues about the bill… no response or communication. Breakfast was very good and housekeeper was clean. Otherwise Portella is overpriced what you get.

This hotel is fabulous, the staff can’t do enough for you and breakfast is in till 1pm and it’s all cooked fresh for you. A fabulous place to stay. The only down side was there were building works next door and drilling started early on the Monday, however it wasnt till much later on the Tuesday . If your thinking of staying might be worth checking these works have finished before booking

Großartige Unterkunft - im Zentrum Palmas und doch ruhig gelegen. Im Portella angekommen, betritt man eine kleine Oase. Die Mitarbeiter:innen sind wirklich großartig, Abendessen und Frühstück waren fantastisch, das Design beeindruckend.
