This Studio is part of a building from 1900 whose structure preserves the typical character of buildings of the time. It is perfectly renovated and our apartments are equipped and conditioned and have everything you need to enjoy your vacation (kitchenware, sheets, towels...).

It is located in one of the most commercial streets in the Mallorcan capital, with all kinds of shops, cafes and restaurants around, as well as live music, street artists and a lot of atmosphere in the area. And the heart of the city is at your feet. At the end of the street is the Plaza Mayor. Plaza España, from which you can take buses or trains to any place on the island, is just a few meters away.

The Studio has a maximum capacity for 2 people. It has a double bed, a living room with a French kitchen that is equipped with all the kitchenware and utensils necessary for your stay: ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. In the living room you will find a modern sofa and a table to enjoy your meals. In addition, the studio has a complete bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. We offer free Wi-Fi as well as air conditioning with heat.

The apartment has a very original decoration, is very bright and has some small balconies from which you can enjoy the comings and goings of people and the hustle and bustle of the city. It is ideal for couples.

The famous Mercat de l'Olivar is located two blocks away and there you can buy all kinds of top quality products. You will enjoy all the services in the area: supermarkets a 2-minute walk away, bars and restaurants, pharmacies, opticians, etc. In less than 10 minutes you will be at the Cathedral or you can visit the Town Hall.

It is very important that you keep in mind that you can only access the apartment by stairs, since it is located on the third floor of a building that does not have an elevator.

Die kleine Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern abgebildet auch der Treppenanstieg .

Die zentrale Lage ist optimal . Nur wenige Minuten zum zentralen Bahnhof und zur Markthalle .

Little appartment with full of light on third floor

If you don't mind climbing up 50 deep steps this place offers lovely light place. It is very central, with three douple windows opening to busy streets next to Basilica Saint Miquel. However the place is guiet during the nights and churchdbells start to ring only at 9 o'clock in the morning. We enjoyed our stay here in this modern furnished appartment. The only thing we were lacking was some hooks and shells in the bathroom to put your staff

Parfait!

Idéal pour un couple, situé en plein centre de la vieille ville, donc facile de se déplacer à pied ou en transport en commun. Attention, l'appartement est au 3eme étage alors il faut être en forme pour monter les escaliers plusieurs fois par jour ! Équipement minimal mais tout ce dont nous avons besoin est là. La responsable a répondu très rapidement à nos messages, même un samedi soir! Très beau séjour à Palma, merci!
