The Dragonera apartment has a room with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed with capacity for 1 person. A complete bathroom with shower tray and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and utensils necessary for your stay: ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. We offer free Wi-Fi in addition to air conditioning with heat.
The apartment is part of Sant Miquel Homes, which is a 1900 building whose structure retains the typical character of the buildings of the time. It is perfectly renovated and our apartments are equipped and conditioned and have everything you need to enjoy your vacation (kitchenware, sheets, towels ...).
It is located in one of the most commercial streets of the Mallorcan capital, all kinds of shops, cafes and restaurants around, in addition to live music, street artists and a lot of atmosphere in the area. And is that the heart of the city is at your feet. At the end of the street is the Plaza Mayor. Plaza España, from where you can catch buses or trains to anywhere on the island, is a few meters away.
The Dragonera apartment has a very original decoration and is very well kept, it is very bright and has a small balcony from which you will enjoy the coming and going of the people and the bustle of the city.
The famous Mercat de l'Olivar is two blocks away and there you can buy all kinds of top quality products.
