The only thing I have to complain about, is that the pipes are noisy and the AC unit is very noisy and located in the bedroom. I loved the bed; it was so comfortable. The room was clean, the kitchenette fully furnished with everything you could possibly need and a nice sized refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast had a nice selection of fresh fruit, cereals, and even a small salad bar, in addition to the usual eggs and protein. I plan to stay here again on my next visit.

Staff at check-in was unfriendly. Wouldn't give me my room, even though it was rented with my account, and I had the receipt for it! My wife's name was on the card used to reserve the room, so until her plane landed and she called front desk, my son and I were stuck waiting in parking lot. It shouldn't have been that difficult to get us checked in.

Place was convenient, there was plenty of shopping stores and restaurants and near the hotel are was quiet not to much noise from traffic, the only issue that I had was the remote for tv was missing and after requesting one , It never got brought up to me.

Receptionist not professional. Stood at counter 3:45 and she acknowledged me w/a curt yes, as if i was bothering her. During checkin i asked her if my points were added to my account She told me to write number down and i told her i didn't have it on me. She said she needed the number. I had to ask her if she could look it up. She said she guessed she could use my email. Got to room and door wouldn't open. Daughter took keys back to be told we have to lift the handle. Room smelled like someone had just been eating fast food in there and strong cleaner smell. Asked for receipt at checkout. They said they would email it to me. Still haven't gotten it. Water pressure in sink low. Proximity to everything was a kudo and breakfast was okay.
