Lovely stay… but

The room villa was very nice and clean. The staff were all friendly and I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The only qualm I had was I chose the option to pay for my stay in 3 payments and wasn’t happy that I was billed all at once without being notified. If they give an option to do that then they should honor that.

We stayed in one of the villas which provided a full kitchen and living area. The kitchen all the utensils, dishes, pots/pans to cook easy meals. The place was clean and comfortable.the staff was friendly, attentive and helpful.

I have come here 3 times and it is always perfect. The staff are very kind, room is clean and the pool is always quiet. I like to go to Palm Springs once a year and I am looking forward to staying at this hotel again and again.

I feel like the room could have been cleaner. The bathroom floor needed to be swept upon arrival as well as kitchen and entry way. Luckily broom and dust pan in the closet. But I’m on vacation/ weekend getaway and I was working/ cleaning. Also was loose hairs on the coffee table in the living room. Kinda gross.

It’s in a great location close to shopping, restaurants and even casinos. Parking is well lit and easy to access. Staff are helpful and friendly. We have stayed here for a few years now and it’s always our go to in Palm Springs. If I could change anything it would be the washer/dryer that’s all in one..ugh it takes hours for a small load to wash and dry.

Best resort

This is the best resort in the area. They have the most activities for kids and are very welcoming. Very very clean. Great pool and hot tub.
