Loves it!

I have no complaints , the staff were all friendly. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the price was great! The pool was awesome with a mixture of family and young singles. I felt safe with my own code to use to enter my room, the gym, the pool, the entire hotel. I will definitely be looking to return.

The Dunes is my new favorite spot in Downtown PS! Walking distance to everywhere I want to go… and a front desk who is AWESOME! I left my rental car key in my room after checkout and my friend at the front desk gave me a new entry code to retrieve my key. Friendliest place in town!

Second time coming to this hotel!! Even more renovations done. Hotel looks beautiful. Nice room. Pool was super warm!! Great customer service. Everyone that works there is super nice. Great value for the price. What a little Palm Springs gem! Pet friendly. We will continue going to this place on future visits.

It’s in a good location. Very trendy rooms and accents. There were only 2 issues. One elevator did not work and no drink service at the pool but told we could not have coolers. Pool vibe needs some work.

Terrific location in downtown Palm Springs - walkable to everything. The front desk is staffed 24/7, and they are very helpful. The room is pretty basic - which for the price we paid was perfect. The best was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Loved it!

The room and property was very clean and the bed was very comfortable my only issue was the cabke television kept freezing but no big deal i didn't need to watch tv for a very long time, this was the best deal in town for the night, $78 out the door! Id definitely stay here for that price range , thanks for having me
