The staff at the Dunes were great - really friendly and responsive. The rooms, though, are poorly ventilated, stuffy, the A/C units very loud and the only windows open onto a walkway so shades have to be down and windows closed.

Very pleased with my stay

I was very happy with my stay at the Dunes. It looked clean and modern, and it was evident that updates had been made recently. The pool area was excellent, with plenty of seating. The location was also great -- a short walk to downtown, and there was an excellent grocery store right across the street. My one minor complaint was that the workout room was small and limited in its offerings.

Definitely our favorite stay on our trip. We loved The Dunes and will absolutely be back. The rooms are clean, tidy, and the team is amazing. Plenty of places to eat and in a great part of town. The pool is perfect!

Honesty

The building is older but it was clean, the staff were nice and it had everything we needed. This isn’t fancy but it checks all the boxes. Pool area was lovely the added games were a great touch.

Centralish location. BevMo across the street and just a few blocks from night life. The Vietnamese restaurant that shares the parking is absolutely fantastic. The pool is clean and warm. Rooms are new and clean.
