The master bedroom includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, private patio access, a computer workstation, and an elegantly remodeled ensuite bath. The guest bedroom offers a plush queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Upgraded cable, Blu-ray DVD players, and 5G wireless internet are available throughout.
Mesquite Country Club provides fantastic amenities, including tennis and racquetball courts, and is ideally located in the wind-free south end of Palm Springs. It’s within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and services at Ramon Road and Sunrise Way, as well as the Mizell Senior Center and Palm Springs Library. A short drive takes you to downtown Palm Springs or the airport.
Pet fee is $150 per stay, max 2 pets. The pet fee will be requested after booking but before check in.
**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).
4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).
5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (4 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental.
6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours (2 cars max)
7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
