We reserved six rooms for our senior group trip. In the morning, my other members and I almost got burned because only hot water came out of the shower. When we asked others, some said they had the same problem, while others said only cold water came out. It would be great if the water system could be improved. Also, when we arrived at night, the lady at the front desk seemed quite unfriendly, which was disappointing after a long trip.

We had a great experience in the hot tubs and the pool. The Capri restaurant serves good food. Our only complaint was that the carpeting leading up to our room looked threadbare and stained and needs to be replaced.

The room and hotel itself were so worn down. The ceiling in our room looked like it was going to sink in from poor water damage repair. The carpet in the hallways were buckled and extremely dirty. I have been coming to this hotel for years and I am very suprised that there has been no effort to keep up with maintenance.

The room needs replace the carpet. The hallway carpet is so old and dirty. It needs replace, maybe with the waterproof vinyl tiles. They are cheap and so easy to install. Also the wood tables and chairs outside the Capri restaurant need paint or replace. They have placed a propane BBQ there. It’s good idea. But it need put it in working order. No one can used so far. So definitely the resort needs update. Because it’s in good location

Quality and affordability for the whole family to enjoy some relaxation! They work hard to keep the property clean, the pools are maintained very well. The ladies from housekeeping are kind and friendly, hard working! The bar tender is very social and attentive along with the servers. The food at Capri restaurant is good and they are fast. We always enjoy eating our food outdoor on the patio but inside seating is also available. We’ll be back, this place has become a go to favorite of our family. Thank you to all the staff at Miracle Springs!

Check in process is terrible, people who arrived hours after I put my name on the list got rooms before me. The rooms are outdated, dingy and the carpet in this establishment is downright criminal. It’s throughly disgusting!!! They don’t bring new towels even after requesting them, the curtains are barely “hanging on” and the dust is the only thing holding up the furniture still there from the 90s. The only thing this hotel has going for it, is it’s so much better than the one next door.

I wasn’t aware medium age of travelers is like 80. Rooms are VERY outdated. They say there are 8 pools. More like one pool and 7 hot tubs. The Capri restaurant on site has great food at affordable prices. I see some reviews saying food is expensive but I’m not sure where u get a breakfast for 10-12$ or dinner sub 20 that tastes absolutely amazing..
