The rooms were so horribly noisy we couldn’t sleep at all. They were also right next to the busy road with vehicles rumbldond shoxinour rooms all night long and next to a dusty ugly construction site. The hotel itself is drab and has absolutely no redeeming features. In addition though I accidentally doubled booked the same 2 rooms for the same 2 dates the owner refused to refund us. We had booked for two nights and decided to left after only one night and stay elsewhere. So we paid the hotel $1400 for 2 rooms for one miserable sleepless night

Stay was amazing! Highly recommended. The atmosphere felt calm, cute with a side of romance. Front staff was polite and accommodating. Pool was sparkling clean, jacuzzi was just right. Parking was easy and getting in after hours was a breeze. The bed was comfortable and the room was super clean. Restaurant was under construction but it didn't take away from my stay. I will definitely be staying here again.

I did not use the pool. The weather was too cold, but the pool and it surroundings are great. I must say I was affraid of the renovation going on, but it was completely isolated so ot didn't bother us at all. Staff was awesome too.

Everything about this place is wonderful. The staff were kind and thorough with explaining policy and everything we needed to know. The room was immaculate with that gorgeous Spanish style; arched doorways, Thick adobe walls. The whole property was beautiful with bougainvilleas and guava trees. It’s kind of walled off from the world, you wouldn’t guess it was just a block from downtown. The pool was heated and the spa had plenty of jets. I’m hoping to make coming to Los Arboles a Christmas tradition!!

Absolutely loved my stay here and the location cannot be beat! What a great value and beautiful property. Felt very secluded, even though we were in the middle of the city. My only critique is that the parking lot is very very dark at night, and as others have mentioned, the lobby/office closes at 5, which can create some inconveniences for travelers, although they made sure to leave a contact number and would’ve accommodated requests.
