Unfortunately, we had a room with a refrigerator and small freezer. We had leftover pizza and put it in the fridge. The freezer was covered with ice and decided to defrost itself during the night. I had water everywhere, Cleaned up as best I could and finally tracked down a maid that gave me cloths. She was very nice, but I think they need to pay attention to the freezers when they start to grow ice! Otherwise the room was fine.

Was not informed ahead of time that there would be construction on the building during our stay. Was woken up every morning at 7 am from the noise of the construction that was happening right above our room. This made it extremely difficult to work from the room and take calls which was the intent of the stay.

The staff was good except for one person at check-in desk. No smiles, no greeting and really vary rude. The other staff at the desk when she was gone were wonderful. Great and easy Uber accessibility.

There are better options in the area. While reception did sort a problem with our room type (that was completely my fault) the accommodation needs a complete update. Rooms are ok but the sofa bed is not given pillows, pool only has 3 usable sun beds and no pool towels offered, bath plugs need replaced… it’s just rundown.

Room spacious beds were extremely comfortable. Temperatures in the room was perfect, refrigerator. Microwave was wonderful. Staff was absolutely kind & generous. Wonderful service with tea and coffee 24-7 with a complementary apple along with ice cold water with lemon and lime slices. Such a wonderful place to be able to sit and enjoy your breakfast in the morning or and whatever you may need to work on or read was absolutely perfect. Really good vibe.
