Great Stay

We had a midweek 2 night stay and this place looks better in person than the photos. Great location, the place is cute and well maintained. Dee checked us in and she was great. The pool was clean and we also enjoyed the fire pit and grounds. Our neighbors sat outside and were noisy but overall a great stay!

Great property with courtesy bicycles, snacks and breakfast. Lovely ambiance in rooms and on grounds. Traffic noise was unfortunate but close proximity to downtown Palm Springs was the trade off.

I had such a lovely solo stay at Fleur Noire. It was cozy and relaxing…everything you want in a hotel. The color scheme is so I appreciated the hotel being adults only. I didn’t realize how quiet it is without kids running around, it makes a huge difference. The pool is warm and there are enough chairs for everyone to lounge along with some firepits. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance.

I had a pleasant experience in Fleur Noire Hotel. It was a quiet, clean and beautiful place to stay. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I could find everything I needed. Breakfast was light and enough for slow mornings at the pool. All the guests were respectful and polite to each other that conveyed the main point of the hotel - to let every guest relax and recharge.

Motel masquerading as nice hotel

Our check in was smooth, the woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. She got us checked in and gave us the code to our room. Later when arriving back from work at about a quarter past 9pm we realized we didn’t have a code for the front door, we had to call the front desk several times before anyone answered and when they did answer the person working the front desk was incredibly rude, treating us like we were trying to break in to the hotel. We happily provided name and identification. She scolded us for not having the code to the gate, and for not signing a contract which we were never given or asked to sign upon check in. This could have easily been handled kindness and professionalism but unfortunately was not. The room has no peep hole on the door - this is a massive safety hazard. There is no proper glassware, no coffee cups for the coffee machine in room, no ice after 10pm. Several of the doors to exit do not work. They encourage you to use text to request things, but do not respond. You can get bottles of rose at the bar but as far as I could tell that was all they had. This place feels like a motel masquerading as a nice hotel. It was quiet, so that was a plus. But overall would not recommend or return.

Adorable place, great staff, awesome little perks, relaxing setting. A little hidden gem, we will be back! Love that is it 21+ and pet friendly. Easy check in and out. Thank you tons to the staff that noticed we left expensive reading glasses behind and brought them out to us just as we were about to pull out to leave!!
