I was in room 310. The phone did not work the faucet to turn on the shower. You put the faucet towards the hot and it would actually move to go hotter by itself needs to be tightened in the future big room small bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and will be going back.

The room smelled bad like they were trying to cover up the smell of soiled carpet, there were hairs in the beds and the towels smelled like they had been left in the washer for too long - sour and stinky.

Had no coffee in the room and when asked for some it was never sent. Being on the first floor sounded like a heard of animals were above us. Wall paper peeling in the bathroom. For almost $300 a night I just expect a little higher standers

The walls in this hotel are insanely thin. A neighboring room turned on their shower at 5 am and it was like standing under a waterfall. Could hear everything outside the door all night. The usually reliable embassy suites breakfast was awful.

The room needed some updates. It was obvious that there was hardware that was removed from the bathroom areas that were not repainted. Or re-tiled over. Same thing with the doors. Something had been repaired and they had not been repainted.

we didnt take advantage of the happy hour or breakfast,.. but everyting else was very good. Shout out to front desk associate Aaron,..we had a minor problem at check-in but he took care of it, and had very good follow-thru communicatins also!
