Comfortable and Friendly Service

Very comfortable and good service. After a long day of driving, I was super happy to find everything clean. I slept well. Didn’t try breakfast, but the coffee was good. Oh and as I was unloading at night, there were at least six rabbits hanging out on the dog-poop lawn.

Nancy at the front desk was awesome. We had to stay an extra night due to car issues and gave a great deal. The room was clean, however the shower handle was not working right. We had to turn it about 1 1/2 times around before we could get it warn but never hot enough. Towel and toilet dispensers fell off. Breakfast area needed to be cleaned and the staff was AOL, they even had the audacity to have a tip jar out when they were clearly not around cleaning. I had to clean a table and chair off so we could have our breakfast, even the floor was dirty. We wanted to use the jacuzzi but the gate wouldn't open. We told the night receptionist and she tried but to no avail. She did nothing to help just kept saying she was sorry and would let maintenance know about the lock/battery being dead.

When checking in identified didn’t see on booking for pet fee so identified and told no problem. Got to room and mouse poop on couch. Got room changed. Did not receive bill that was suppose to be emailed. Bank was charged pet fee afterall. When calling to dispute, i was hung up on.

The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Very good deal for the money. Karen at the front desk was amazing. This morning before leaving I took my dog for a walk. He cut his leg on some glass. I asked Karen for some first aid supplies. The hotel had a gauze bandage but no wrapping tape. Karen personally had some she let me use. I was able to clean and bandage my dog's wound until I could get him to our vet this afternoon. She saved the day!
