This property did not match the listing photos or description and communication during the stay was very poor. The booking process was confusing with two different companies involved and duplicate check-in paperwork. The door code provided did not work on arrival and we had to call for a new one. Several items shown in the listing were missing or not as pictured, including the espresso machine, dining room table, and the basketball game in the garage (which was partially collapsed). The yard and outdoor areas were not maintained, the BBQ was extremely rusty, outdoor furniture was dirty, and we encountered ants inside. There were also maintenance and safety issues including difficult shower doors, a screw sticking out of a shelf that caused an injury, and a water heater cover left off on the floor. We contacted the property manager the first night requesting a refund so we could move and were told someone would follow up, but we never heard back. Expedia was also unable to reach them and refunded one night themselves. Overall very disappointing experience.
