This is a very cute, tiki-themed hotel. Although it's an older property, it's very well-maintained and modernized. Two great restaurants are on site, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. It's just a few blocks from downtown, so it's walking-friendly. Koffi, a local, bustling coffee shop, is only a block away.

I've stayed here many times. But it's been about 5 years since my last visit. I don't know how long it's been since they stopped maintaining the rooms, but room 208 was totally trashed. The soap dispensers didn't work. The bathroom exhaust fan was broken. The shower nozzle plate was coming off the wall, exposing raw plumbing behind it, and it was nearly impossible to pull on. The grout was falling apart in the shower. The H/C were switched in the sink, so we thought there was no hot water. The wiring of the floor lamp was questionable as it would go on/off on its own. The carpet was stained. The laminate on the cheap furniture was peeling/peeled off. The furniture was broken (couldn't open door to desk without opening the drawer above it. The carpeted doesn’t appear vacuumed and there was a ton of dust in all corners as it if hadn’t been fully vacuumed in years. The bed linens appeared to be clean, so that's good. But I will never be back. Such a disappointment used to really like this place.

I've come here twice for the tennis tournament at Indian Wells. This place has a cool, tiki, tiki, jungle vibe. The pool and hot tub are great to relax by yourselves or interact with other guests. The Reef (poolside bar/restaurant) is great - you can eat/drink inside or outside in the pool area. Good prices too.

This is a tiki-motif hotel. It is cute, not fancy, but a clean, well-maintained, boutique-style hotel. All the staff we encountered were very outgoing, friendly, and professional.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The restaurants and pool were very good. The room needed significant maintenance and had black mold in the bathroom. Wifi was sketchy.
